Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using Subscrtv and purchasing our logo design services. By accessing the website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

 

1. Services Offered

Subscrtv offers custom digital design services including but not limited to logo creation, brand identity design, and visual branding elements.

Each logo is crafted based on client specifications and delivered digitally through email or download.

 

 

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the supervision of a legal guardian to use this site.

You agree that the information provided during order placement is accurate, complete, and current.

 

 

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this site (text, graphics, code, logos, icons, images) is the property of Subscrtv or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Once the logo is delivered and fully paid for, the client obtains full commercial rights to the final version. Drafts and unused concepts remain the intellectual property of Subscrtv

 

 

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in full before design work begins.

  • We accept payments via secure third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).

  • Prices are listed in [currency] and may change without notice.

  • Invoices and receipts will be provided electronically.

 

 

5. Revisions

Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may be subject to extra fees.

We aim to deliver work that meets or exceeds expectations, and encourage clear communication of your vision to avoid misunderstandings.

 

 

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

  • Attempt unauthorized access to servers or other systems

  • Use the logo or site content in a misleading or defamatory way

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Subscrtv will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Delay in project delivery

  • Loss of data

  • Incompatibility with third-party platforms or printing issues

  • Misinterpretation of the logo design’s intended use

 

 

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account or project without prior notice if these Terms are violated or if the client is found acting in bad faith.
