Refund Policy

At Subscrtv, customer satisfaction is a priority. However, due to the customized nature of our services, we maintain a clear refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

 

 

1. Eligibility for Refund

Clients are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of payment

  • Work on the logo project has not yet begun

  • The client provides valid reason for cancellation

 

 

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Work has already commenced based on client instructions

  • The final logo design has been delivered

  • The client has received multiple concept options

  • The client changes their mind or no longer needs the logo

  • The client becomes unresponsive for more than 7 days during the design process

 

 

3. Revision Policy

Each package includes a set number of revisions. We encourage all clients to provide clear and detailed feedback.

If you’re not satisfied after the included revisions, we may offer additional edits at an agreed fee, or create a new concept (depending on the package).

 

 

4. Design Disputes

If a client believes the delivered logo is completely unrelated to the original brief, they may submit a dispute within 5 days. The case will be reviewed, and if valid, partial credit or a redesign may be offered.

 

 

5. Chargebacks and Fraud

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of our Terms. We reserve the right to report fraudulent transactions and revoke usage rights to any design.
